Residents wishing to submit a maintenance service request should contact the office staff directly by phone or visit the office to fill out a service request form and schedule a service appointment. All maintenance requests will be responded to within 48 hours. Additional lead time may be necessary for repairs requiring special order parts or extensive repair.
In the event of an after-hours maintenance emergency, please contact the answering service at 315-287-0154. One of our friendly staff members will respond to your issue in a timely manner. In the event of extreme emergency, please call 911.
