How much do utilities run?

Utility cost averages vary greatly depending on your usage. Typically, our two bedrooms run $160; the three bedrooms run $215-240; and the four bedrooms run $300.

 

Is there maintenance after hours?

Yes! We provide 24-hour maintenance service. If you have an emergency work order (such as a lockout or no heat in the winter), please call our after-hours service line. If you have a routine request, please wait until the next business day to call.

 

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm.

 

Can I be mailed an information packet?

Applications can be picked up at our office during regular business hours.

 

How do I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent with a check, money order or you may coordinate with the property office for electronic payment.

 

Can I sign a month to month lease or does it have to be for 1 year at a time?

Our leases are for 12 months initially. We do offer a military clause, and you do have the option of renting month-to-month after the initial 12 months is reached.

 

Are pets allowed? What kinds? How big? How many?

No, pets are not allowed. 

 

Are there apartments available for immediate occupancy?

Occasionally we do have apartments immediately available.  This changes on a daily basis.  Please feel free to call us for up-to-date information.

 

Do you have furnished apartments?

Unfortunately we do not have furnished apartments. We do have information of local companies that can provide an entire house of furniture on a rental basis for a reasonable cost.

 

 

Do you have a waiting list?

Occasionally we do have a waiting list. Our unit availability changes frequently.  Please feel free to call us for up-to-date information. If we cannot find you a home at the location you prefer, we have several other sites where we may be able to find one for you!

 

What do I do if I lose my key?

We provide 24-hour maintenance at all of our sites. Simply call for assistance and we will be happy to let you into your home. There is a small key replacement fee.

 

Do I get my deposit back when I move out?

Your security deposit is fully refundable, less any cleaning or damage charges that may be assessed upon move out.
